The location of this hotel is perfect - it's very near to the Church and Christ church, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff here are attentive and always ready to help, so you don't have to ask for everything twice. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained, and they offer good views from the windows. The breakfast served here is also quite satisfying.
Everything was great and there is nothing that needs improvement.

The hotel was an excellent choice for our city break. The rooms were cozy, clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and all the main attractions. We also enjoyed the friendly service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to help and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
We did have a few concerns during our stay. The noise level was high as the hotel is located on a busy street with traffic and people passing by.

Our stay at this hotel was a cozy and warm experience amidst the snow. The location was very near to the Church and we could easily access all the sightseeing places in Shimla. The room was clean and comfortable, with a hygienic bathroom. The staff was decent and helpful. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the hotel.
We had to ask for everything twice, which was a bit inconvenient.
